- Logging of user details regarding the issue and giving them a trouble ticket, Providing 1st level of technical support to the users
- Allocating tickets to the engineers.
- Call logging and call closure
- SLA management.
- Coordination with the seniors & internal team members.
- Maintaining report.
- Assisting in back office operations.
- Will be responsible for providing services to the customer.
- Handling escalated technical issues
- Good communication Skills and flexibility to work on client side.
- Flexibility to work in 24*7 work environment.

- Should be Bachelor/ Master Degree holder in relevant technology.
