About This Role:
You would be part of a dynamic young team at PC Solutions Cloud-BU, advising IT and business leaders on digital innovation topics. This would include digital strategy, application strategy, and development of comparative insights to some of our large customers India.
As a Cloud Consultant your role would be to bring in excellent technology consulting skills with strong delivery capabilities, together with impactful managerial and leadership abilities. Understanding Sales and Pre-sales Cycle is a must.
What You’ll Do
- Work on consulting engagements as part of Cloud – BU team and develop Cloud strategies
- Demonstrate deep practice knowledge in Cloud ( IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Work with the delivery team on complex IT infrastructure projects i.e. data center transformation, network and cloud strategy formulation, system and network implementation
- Recommend “best fit” Cloud Service Model (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Cloud Deployment Model (Private, Public, Hybrid) meeting client needs and objectives
- Develop Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud strategy by taking into consideration offerings from large customers on hyperscale’s (AWS, GCP) and around Compute, Storage and Back-Up, Network and Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
- Develop business case for setting up private, public or hybrid cloud environments
- Manage multiple tasks, collaborate in a team environment, and exhibit promptness to project and customer needs.
- Closing Sales and taking full responsibility of timely collection.
- Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working under deadlines.
- Take initiative, drive results, and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
What You’ll Need
- An Engineering degree, with preferably an MBA, with more than 2 years of experience within the Infra consulting domain ( AWS and GCP ) primarily.
- Excellent understanding of Public Cloud offerings from large Hyperscale’s (AWS, GCP)
- Comfortable in developing high level technical solution, future state architectures on Cloud and Data Centre Transformation, conduct detailed options analysis to support business cases.
- Impactful client presentation capabilities, strong problem-solving skills and story-telling techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions.
- Ability to synthesis and translate complex technical aspects into business terms and define from business objectives and constraints complex technical solutions.
- Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part of a team.
