We are a cricket-loving nation and people at PC Solutions take the sport seriously. Having begun over a decade ago, our enterprise has eight internal men’s cricket teams and two women’s teams. Cricket at PC Solutions is a full tournament that lasts for a couple of months.
A proper schedule is made, weekends are dedicated to practice matches, and the final tournament is played at professional cricket grounds. After playing against each other on the field, they come back to the office rejuvenated, and work with each other brilliantly as a team. Tournaments like these help us build a friendly bond among our people.

Celebrating festivals with our staff is an integral part of our business practice. Small but priceless gifts, dressing up for various events, and above all wishing our people on every festival is what we always do. Festivals signify happiness and we at PC Solutions carry out several activities to ensure that our people are joyful and merry before they celebrate the festival at home.
PC Solutions leaves no opportunity to show respect for women and celebrates International Women’s Day on 8th March with much gusto. Every year on this day, different activities are organized to make them feel special and to pay a humble tribute to all the women who contribute to the growth of our enterprise.
We have fun competitions and decorate our entire premises with beautiful flowers. This day comprises of fun, new learnings, meaningful activities, and workshops followed by a movie & party for the women.
A fun captivating outing is a great mental booster for any organization. Going for a picnic once in a while is great, isn’t it? That’s exactly what we at PSPL do. Such occasions provide a breath of fresh air for everyone and together we celebrate the hard work being put in. At these outings, all our people have fun and connect with each other across hierarchies which helps them relax and motivates them to do better work.
We take pride in saying that PC Solutions goes beyond having great engineers and managers when we talk about talent. Many of our people have interests in photography, performing arts, playing instruments, etc. and they are provided a platform to exhibit their skills.
We have some amateur yet excellent musicians, dancers, percussionists, and guitarists who form a part of our dedicated musical band called ‘Caliber’. We are proud to be associated with such talented people who bring us glory with both their work and interests in other areas.
